Water delivery valve which is in SEC Pit usually closed, it need to open drain valve in some related work condition, due to valve is in deep pit, current operation type: After lifting steel grill, operate valve which entry pit by stairs, it will delay operation time, and take danger to operator.
It could take valve to ground which convenience to operate out of Pit by Valve Remote Transmission facility, it convenience to operate and ensure safety for operator.

Interlock application in GIS electromagnetic switch
Boost station or GIS system in power plant, Electric switch operation could realize by electrical five prevention, lack of effective five prevention system, when local or manual operation. By increase safety mechanical interlock system, could effective ensure avoid local or manual operation
error operation, ensure person or facility safety.
Interlock solution instruction:
Break circuit breaker, break I female、II female isolation mechanical interlock，break Outgoing line isolation Knife brake，rotated mechanical interlock key E1、E2、E3 which on the three knife brake，knife brake locked in break station, take out three keys and insert key exchange box, exchange out two keys E4、E5，use E4、E5 to unlock ground knife brake which lie circuit breaker up and down both sides, then could ground.

Busbar grounded application which use by plant
10KV/6KV busbar examination and repair which use by plant generally break all switch,
grounded trolley entry to a switch compartment( most is PT cabinet),There is no complete locking logic constraint among every switch and grounded trolley, connect security vulnerabilities among all switch by KYL series and FTS series safety mechanical interlock, ensure operate safety between each other，Logic is shown in figure 12，detail as follow：
interlock instruction for mechanical five prevention system:
a Circuit breaker in this line busbar(Income line, spare line, buscouple, transformer circuit)
install a bolt lock for each, install a bolt lock on grounded trolley
b show on figure 12, separately break income line F1、spare income line switch F2, switch F3、F4、F5、F6 which has dry type transformer, break buscouple switch F7、F8，and pull
all switches to test 、examination and repair position, rotate bolt lock key, lock circuit breaker switch to break position, take out 8 keys;
c insert 8 keys to 8 exchange 1 key exchange box, exchange F9 key.
d use F9 to unlock grounded trolley, could push grounded trolley to grounded compartment to grounded task
e work completed, Reverse operation could recovery power transmission.
Dry type transformer application which use by plant
Dry type transformer examination and repair, lock related facility,10KV/6KV switch circuit breaker,400V circuit breaker noumenon five prevention system is Very perfect, but between two switches and transformer lack of interlock. When examination、repair and daily maintenance，this type safety interlock is especially important, Safety mechanical interlock realize interlock by follow method, logic as figure 10:
interlock instruction for mechanical five prevention system:
a install two bolt locks on 10KV/6KV grounded knife, install a bolt lock on 400V circuit breaker,
install a door lock on front and back cabinet door for transformer noumenon. Bolt lock and door lock connected by key exchange box.
b Break 400V circuit breaker, swing to test、 examination and repair position, take out key B1
c Break 10KV/6KV circuit breaker, swing to test、 examination and repair position, use key B1 which take out from 400V to unlock grounded knife, grounded knife grounded and release key B2, take out B2 lock grounded knife in close position.
d Key B2 exchange out B3、B4 by key exchange box module
e Use key B3、B4 to unlock door lock which at transformer noumenon high and low Voltage side cabinet door, after door open key locked in and couldn’t take out.
f work completed, Reverse operation could recovery power transmission.
Measure insulation application which use by plant
According to measure insulation operation process characteristic, install safety mechanical interlock, could avoid person wrong interval, reduce operation complexity, ensure operation safety.
interlock instruction for mechanical five prevention system:
a make a small door which specialized use for measure insulation in every switch cabinet back cabinet door which need to measure insulation, show in figure8, install a mechanical interlock on circuit breaker, install a door lock in small door which in switch cabinet back cabinet door, Two locks have unique number, One to one correspondence,
has a share key.
b break circuit breaker pull to test position, rotate mechanical interlock which in circuit breaker, lock circuit breaker in close station and take out key A1, operator close grounded knife, open grounded knife after discharge.
c Key A1 which use in specialized mechanical interlock, to unlock small door which specialized use for measure insulation in every switch cabinet back cabinet door which need to measure insulation, open small door which specialized use for measure insulation make safety operation.
d work completed, close small door which specialized use for measure insulation reverse operation could recovery power transmission.
